 The Club President, Steve McDonald, began the meeting (late!) at 6:45 with the usual club member introductions.

Jonathan explains Disaster Response Services:
Started in 1998, due to a fire the organization got smaller and they will soon move to another warehouse.
Jonathan talkedabout the possibility of teaming up with other Land Rover Clubs for the Belize trip.
One person was hired to do fundraising for the trip. The trip is being organized to bring medical relief to Belize.
Trip: 5 to 7 days in Belize between Christmas and New Years. It would take about 3 days each there & back: about 15 days total
Optimum number of vehicles: 10/12. 14 max.

A 3 person committee formed to manage/figure out the logistics of the trip: Judith, Rob and Walter.
