The Previous President, Sergio Sosa called the meeting to order at 7:30p.m.
The President and the Vice President were not able to attend the meeting.
Past Events:
- Crawfish boil at Chris and Kelly’s house
- The beach trip was called off due to rain
Upcoming Events:
- A dealer event is scheduled for July 8, so the HLRC will need to organize two separate trail clearing events at the Potter’s land in Columbus. More details to follow.
- HLRC would like to host an off-road event. Jeff Conrad, who has organized an off-road event for his previous club, will work with Steve. More details to follow.
- CPR class – Sam reported that only 3 people have signed up for the class, but additional people are needed. Child/infant CPR classes are not included.
- The Colorado trip is scheduled for July 13th and will last about a week. Sam would like to put a trip to Belize together and a trip to Big Bend is possible for the Thanksgiving holidays.
The new TMTC off-road park – The trails are being designed, but the park is not open to the public.
The meeting adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
