Discussions at Meeting:
Sergio explains that Ken is unable to make the meeting
and that he will be conducting the meeting for Ken.

opens with the usual intro’s
Sergio updates
us on the “poll” for the
new club merchandise. He says the following were the
fav’s:
1. caps
2. recovery bags
3. tool bags
4. stickers bigger and better stickers!
Sergio explains that at the Exec. Meeting we had
last week that the committee had decided to only do
one “review newsletter” a year. Since the
website has become such a center focal point of the
club, we didn’t see the need and the extra cost
of doing a huge newsletter. See Erik and Fraser for
more details or have questions.
Feed back on the meeting
venue was....Hands down....It sucked (so said the group
sitting near me)
Lance S gave the treasurers report.

It was also decided at
the last Exec. meeting that we will help McGinnis Hummer
with their off-road event.
Steve explains that they will need to have one quarterly.
Steve had some ideas about how to set up the course.
He mentioned a “blind course”. He also
said that if this event went well that there is a possibility
of having events for LRN, Volkswagon
(Toureg) and Porsche (Cayenne).
Steve also updates
us on the LRH’s off road
event and says that it is still being worked on and
will let us know when something has been decided.
Hugh
suggests for this event that we have an “Official
Track Marshall”.
Steve suggests that we all
wear day glow vests that say “Event Staff” or
something of that nature.

Steve announces
that Land Rover North America wants to meet with our
Exec. Committee on June 30th to discuss
ideas on how they can help be a sponsor of our club.
Sergio ends the meeting with awesome give-a-ways.
