at 7:30PM.

First Business:
Doug brings up upcoming
events.
This weekend is “Texas Trash Pick-up”.
Doug asks for a replacement for Sam’s position
as the “Adopt-A Highway” program. Doug explains
the particulars of the position. Steve
McDonald and Kai
Dussling volunteer for the position.
Doug thanks Kai for the Sugarloaf opportunity. Everyone
had a wonderful time and they look forward in returning,
soon.
Doug is wanting to set a date for the trail clearing
for Saturday, April 12 and 13th. There will be possibly
a campout in Columbus on these dates pending Steve M.’s
conversation with Mr. Potter.
Doug reiterates that for the next dealership event
we need better training for the Marshall’s working
the course.
Second Business:
Lance Miller of
PROGRAMS talks about his upcoming events. This weekend
is the visit to the Military Museum. He says he is also
working on other events now that he is a bit more mobile.
